1) Certificate in  Catering & Culinary Arts  -  18 weeks     
This course is designed to teach amateur cooks the skills required to cook to a professional standard. At the end of the course, you will have the skills needed to start a career as a chef in a professional kitchen, launch your own catering business, or simply enjoy the life skills as an accomplished cook.  The course offers theoretical and practical Catering, baking and confectionery skills

2) CHEF COURSE  - 12 weeks

This course offers theoretical and practical Catering and skills. Its targetted towards those who want to set up their events catering business or restaurants. It covers fundamental aspects of events /social catering. This includes staters, canapes, Nigerian and Continental Dishes, Catering Business class etc

3) Baking and Decorating Course   -     6 weeks 



  • Making Biscuits/ cookies - Methods: rubbing-in, melting, creaming 
  • Biscuit Recipes, measurement, preparation, Shaping, cutting, Piping, moulding

  • Storage and preservation of bakes, Common Baking Problems and solutions

4)  Professional Certificate in Baking, Cake Decorating & Sugarcraft  - 12 weeks
A)    This course includes Baking and Decorating course (see content in '2' above)
B)     Advance Cake Decorating Techniques - Sugarcraft.  Create life like situations on cakes!

This is targeted towards kids and it takes place once a year during summer. Kids aged 10 -15 years. The curriculum covers:
Basic hygiene, kitchen safety, dinning etiquette, social etiquette, 
Practical classes on Nigerian dishes, pasties, cookies, cup cakes.
Fashion classes on bead making, head tie, tie knotting etc


7)   Single / Recreational Courses:
